Whitesboro Planning Board Meeting Minutes - April 6, 2010

Planning Board Members in Attendance:

John Duda (Chairman)

Bob Misiaszek

John Parker

John Cieslewitz

Also in Attendance:  Bob Friedlander (Liaison), Wayne Briggs, Paul Yarwood

Meeting was called to order at 7:05

Pledge of Allegiance was recited

Minutes of last meeting-3/2/2010, were reviewed.

Motion to accept by Bob Misiaszek, 2^nd John Parker   motion carried   yes

Chairman John Duda welcomed new board member, John Parker to the Planning Board.

Correspondence

A four hour training course is being held in Schuyler.

Aug. 23, a law seminar is being held.

Comments:  none

Old Business:  none

New Business:

Wayne Briggs is moving his business from 238 Oriskany Blvd. to 157 Oriskany Blvd.

Questions were raised by the board about any changes being made to the new structure.

Mr. Briggs reported that this was a simple move.

Motion to let Mr. Briggs to continue with his plans.

All in favor motion passed.

Paul Yarwood from the Colonial Plaza stated that the retail video store is leaving and Scott Rowan will be moving in.

A site plan review was completed.

Motion to adjourn by John Cieslewitz, 2^nd Bob Misiaszek, approved yes
