Whitesboro Planning Board Meeting Minutes   12/1/09

Planning Board members in attendance:

Bob Friedlander (Chairman), John Duda, Bob Misiaszek, John Cieslewitz, and Gary Roberts.

Also in attendance:  Richard Shaffer, Village Trustee, Village Attorney Richard Parker, and Chet Kowalski, Codes Officer.

Meeting was called to order @ 7:00 pm.

Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Minutes of last meeting, 10/6/09, were reviewed.

Motion to accept by Bob Misiaszek, 2^nd Gary Roberts      Motion carried:  yes

Correspondence:

Packet from Verizon Wireless attorneys, Cooper, Irving & Savage, LLP and notification that they will not attend today's meeting, but will attend January 5^th.

Comments:

None

Old Business:

Oneida County sent negative declaration on form 239 pertaining to Lanning property.

New Business:

None

Attorney Parker - Training session (2 hours)

Reviewed Local Law #10.  General discussion on Cell Tower law.

He explained legalities and answered questions

(He noted he'll be away first Tuesday in March)
