Whitesboro Planning Board Meeting Minutes 10/6/09
Planning Board members in attendance:
Bob Friedlander (Chairman), John Duda, Bob Misiaszek, John Cieslewitz, and Gary Roberts
Also in attendance: Richard Shaffer, Village Trustee
Meeting was called to order @ 7:00 pm
Pledge of Allegiance was recited
Minutes of last meeting, 9/1/09, were reviewed.
Motion to accept by John Cieslewitz, 2nd Bob Misiaszek. Motion carried: yes

Comments:
Next Planning Board meeting changed to 11/10/09 due to Election day.
Old Business:
Bob Friedlander noted that Verizon Wireless has not appeared to present requested Site Plan.
New Business:
Rossi & Murnane, attorneys for Harley Lanning of Marcy, NY, who owns 212, 214 Main St. and 1 Dewey Ave, submitted request to reconfigure the three parcels into two. (He noted that the tax map was incorrect). He wants to divide parcel #10 into two to become parts of parcels #8 and #9, leaving two larger parcels. Mr. Lanning was notified that proof of ownership of all properties involved must be submitted to the Planning Board at next meeting. (11/10/09) A public hearing is scheduled for that date at 7:15 PM.
Arthur Zhushma, residing at 704 McKennan Rd., Herkimer, NY, has opened a new business at 347 Oriskany Blvd. in the totem plaza. "Sports & Designer Fashions", a sport clothing store, opened 9/30/09. His compliance & permits were discussed.
