John Cieslewitz (Acting Chairman), John Duda, Bob Misiaszek, and Gary Roberts
Bob Friedlander (Chairman) was excused
Also in attendance: Richard Shaffer, Village Trustee
Meeting was called to order @ 7:00 pm
Pledge of Allegiance was recited
Minutes of last meeting, 8/4/2009, were reviewed.

As there was no Planning Board business, various Village business and Planning issues were reviewed and discussed with Trustee Shaffer.
