Planning Board Members in Attendance:
Bob Friedlander (Chairman)
John Duda, Bob Misiaszek, John Cieslewitz, and Gary Roberts
Meeting was called to order @ 7:00 pm
Pledge of Allegiance was recited
Minutes of last meeting, 7/7/2009, were reviewed.
Motion to accept by Bob Misiaszek, 2nd Gary Roberts. Motion carried: yes
Correspondence:
Land use training conference covering environmental issues for Planning and ZBA on 10/3/2009, 8:30 to 3:00 at MVCC.

New Business:
•1.) Mr. Mauro, owner of Par 3 driving range on Main Street was notified that there have been complaints about his temporary sign. He asked the Board if a Lawyer was consulted before calling him to appear. He argued that his rights were being violated, and he did no want to cooperate. John Cieslewitz offered to look into the issue of temporary signs.
•2.) Norberto Lopez, operator of Tripp Motors (used car sales) was called to appear for suspicion of illegal spray painting and lack of proper permits. CEO Chet Kowalski investigated and was satisfied that there were no violations. Upon questioning Mr. Lopez, the Planning Board is satisfied with his explanation.
