Whitesboro Planning Board Meeting Minutes - 7/7/2009

Planning Board Members in attendance:

Bob Friedlander (Chairman)

John Duda, Bob Misiaszek, and Gary Roberts

Also in attendance:  Codes Officer, Chet Kowalski

John Cieslewitz is excused

Meeting was called to order @ 7:00pm

Pledge of Allegiance recited

Bob Friedlander introduced and welcomed new Planning Board Member, Gary Roberts.

Minutes of last meeting, 6/2/2009, were reviewed.

Motion to accept by Bob Misiaszek, 2^nd by John Duda  Motion carried:  yes

Correspondence:

Planning/Zoning summer school pamphlet, Aug. 4^th, Syracuse.

Comments:

None

Old Business:

Certificates have been received from Schuyler Seminar for P.B. members

New Business:

•1.)    (for Planning notification) Paul Yarwood, Manager of Colonial Plaza presented a new business to replace Colonial Pharmacy.  Signage, and lighting was discussed.  Planning Board expressed approval.

•2.)    Residents have been complaining about mobile sign at Par 3 Driving Range on Main Street.  Chet Kowalski will investigate.

•3.)    Tripp Motors has been suspected of spray painting on premises, and not displaying any State Registration sign.  Chet will invite owners to attend next Planning Board meeting for a discussion on these issues.
