Whitesboro Planning Board Meting Minutes   6/2/2009

Planning Board Members in Attendance:

Bob Friedlander (Chairman),

John Duda and Bob Misiaszek

Also in attendance:  Codes Officer, Chet Kowalski

Meeting was called to order @ 7:00 pm

Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Minutes of last meeting, 5/5/2009, were reviewed.

Motion to accept by Bob Friedlander, 2^nd by Bob Misiaszek.  Motion carried:  yes

Correspondence:

A letter from County Planning Board requesting more information on the C-Fare application.

7:15 Public Meeting opened for Special Exception at C-Fare Properties, 153 Main Street to permit two businesses.

No questions were asked.

Residents Richard Vetter, and Martin Baca voiced support for the exception.

Motion to approve special exception:  Bob Friedlander, 2^nd by John Duda

Approved?  Yes

Public meeting closed at 7:25 PM

Dr. Cephas seeking to purchase 238 Oriskany Blvd. for a medical practice.

Chet Kowalski approved all applications.

Motion to allow:  John Duda, 2^nd Bob Friedlander  Approved?  Yes

Site Plan Review, 116-14 for C-Fare Properties:

All items, A through L were discussed.

Motion to grant site plan:  Bob Misiaszek, 2^nd John Duda  Approved?  Yes

Bob Misiaszek suggested making up a packet for site plan applicants.
